Retreat Recap: The Art of Activating your Dreams: Design the Vision of YOU
On Sunday afternoon, February 27, 2022, a beautiful group of women met in the enchanted Studio Alchemy Gallery to bring forth a future vision of themselves in 2022. Throughout the afternoon, participants were asked to play the role of detective. Using various activities designed to listen to messages from Soul, specific information was gathered to understand what is needed to become the best version of ourselves. We used the Active Dreaming Lightning Dreamwork game to go deeper into guided meditations. This allowed us to meet our future self and gain valuable insight into our desired intentions and goals for 2022. A fire ceremony held in the Studio Alchemy Garden allowed us to let go of all that does not serve us in 2021. At the end of the fire ceremony, an old school bell was rung to celebrate letting go what does not serve and the welcome in of all-new possibilities. Each participant designed a vision board that showcased their uniquely personal intentions and encompassed a newly discovered 2022 YOU.
