Spring has Sprung
Spring is a time of rejuvenation, characterized by bursts of creativity and a lust for new adventures.
It is the season where we actively redefine ourselves. It is a time when we become increasingly aware that we’re called to act on an idea and bring life and form to its birth. This budding sensation can feel exciting and exhilarating while also a bit nerve-racking. We may be unsure how this new change could alter our lives should we follow our new soul-guided inspiration.
We may encounter energy patterns and thought forms that are different from what we know and how we have been living during this time. It can feel exciting and new, and our body responds by feeling uplifted, invigorated, and full of possibility and potential. These new energies can challenge our beliefs, asking us to expand and open ourselves further. Or, we might be called to reassess personal beliefs, values, and lifestyle structures.
Shifts
Current outlooks and perspectives on life might shift as we question our view of the world. Feelings of personal power and our ability to create are now called to contribute in a more congruent and purposeful way. This potentiality can cause elated emotions and anxious feelings all at the same time.
As welcome Spring, consider spending time jotting down thoughts and answers to the following questions:
My intention this season is____________.
My body is yearning for ____________.
What is my truth right now?
My energy is seeking to express itself by ________________.
I am ready to allow myself to________________.
My inner guidance is directing and encouraging me toward _____________.
How can I show up for myself more?
How can I be more consistent with myself, in my energy, and my life?
Where do I want to “spend” my energy?
Please share some of your creative soul ignitions for Spring.
