Connect to the invitations of mother earth by listening with all five senses using yoga, Ayurveda, and Forest Bathing. During this experience, facilitators Shiela Dimof and Jennifer Foley integrate gentle Yoga stretches, breathwork and explore the relationship between the chakras and the element of the natural world. At the end of the Forest Bathing, there will be a tea ceremony to help you continue your awareness and appreciation for the beauty of the present moment.

Silent walk using all our senses adding imagination as our 6th sense
Yoga Stretches
Reading of the Poem “The Moment of Your Birth”, by Rebecca Campbell
Create a group Mandala

Essential Information: Wear appropriate shoes and clothes for the weather. Bring anything you might need in a day pack; water bottle, snack, journal, camera, bug repellant, etc.
Please bring a watch. You’re asked to leave your phones in your car or on silent.

Forest Bathing is a way to experience the sensations of nature, practice patience, and remember not to rush things that move at their own pace. Through Forest Bathing, your senses are awakened, and you can see the world through an open heart.
