2024 Forest Bathing Series: Journaling Among the Trees

  • Nina Mason Pulliam EcoLab at Marian University (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Nature journaling is a way to make a collection of beautiful memories to look back on at a future time. When we write down our thoughts or observations, we can process the information more clearly in our mind and build a greater connection. Without a nature journal, we must rely on your memory, which can get fuzzy and leave out beautiful details. During this event we will relish in the Joy of Tiny Things – discovering the smallest gifts from the forest and end with a tea ceremony.

SOLD OUT // Earth Art is created directly into the landscape. It uses products from the Earth itself and creates something with them.  Many of these works of art are made in the landscape and remain there. Earth Art is made to give reciprocity back to the Forest for all the gifts we have received my spending time in its presence.  During the Forest Bathing experience we will create Earth Art as a “reciprocity practice” offered to the forest as a thank you.  We will close our Forest Bathing time with a tea ceremony.
