If you love the forest, you likely want to know more about it. One of the best ways to experience the nature is to keep a Forest Bathing Journal. Use your journal to make a more intimate connection with your outdoor experience. The forest shows up and wants to reciprocate with us. If given the chance it becomes more like a soulmate and friend. Our time in nature becomes a time to retreat to a place where we are understanding and to a place that understands you.
Modern life has estranged us from the sacred connection we have with nature. When we write down our thoughts or observations, we can process the information more clearly in our mind we are building more connection. The more ways you process your experience – visual, written, auditory, kinesthetic – the more vividly you can remember it.
Without a nature journal, we must rely on your memory, which can get fuzzy and leave out beautiful details. During this event we will relish in the Joy of Tiny Things – discovering the smallest gifts from the forest and end with a tea ceremony.
