2023 Forest Bathing Series: Dreaming into a Speaking Land

Experience the Forest as an oracle that speaks to us in signs, symbols, and synchronicity. You will learn to play Sidewalk Tarot, an Active Dreaming game created by Robert Moss. You’ll explore a deeper personal, reciprocal relationship with the nature by walking, setting an intention and, letting yourself receive the information that the Forest must tell you.

At the end of the Forest Bathing, there will be a tea ceremony to help you continue your awareness and appreciation for the beauty of the present moment.

Some of the Activities:

  • Seven Rules for Magical Encounters in Nature

  • Forest Tarot Game

  • Barefoot grounding or Earthing

  • Create a painted synchronicity Stone

  • Creation of a Group Mandala from Nature

  • Tea Ceremony

Essential Information: Wear appropriate shoes and clothes for the weather. Bring anything you might need in a day pack; water bottle, snack, journal, camera, bug repellant, etc.

Please bring a watch. You’re asked to leave your phones in your car or on silent.

Forest Bathing is a way to experience the sensations of nature, practice patience, and remember not to rush things that move at their own pace. Through Forest Bathing, your senses are awakened, and you can see the world through an open heart.
