Join us for a unique Forest Bathing and Intuitive Painting workshop at the Indianapolis Art Center.
Experience the Forest as an oracle that speaks in signs, symbols, and synchronicity. You will learn to play Forest Tarot, an adapted technique of Active Dreaming created by Robert Moss. Explore a deeper personal, reciprocal relationship with the nature by walking, setting an intention and, letting yourself receive the information that the Forest wants to tell you. We end the Forest Bathing with a tea ceremony to help continue your awareness and appreciation for the beauty of the present moment.
After experiencing the Forest as an oracle, we will let nature guide you in unlocking your subconscious through visual art. Local artist, Brittany Fukushima will walk you through the basics of acrylic paint and working intuitively from start to finish. Students will use symbols and visions uncovered in the forest bathing session as inspiration for their intuitive paintings.
