Walking and Talking Our Dreams
Our dreams are powerful tools.
They can provide a window to our soul’s true desires. Nurturing our soul and pursuing those desires helps us live our purpose and lead more fulfilling lives. Unfortunately, if we don’t take action to honor our dreams, our soul becomes frustrated and withdraws its energy and vitality from our lives.

What is Active Dreaming?
Active Dreaming is a synthesis of modern dreamwork, the world’s cultural traditions, indigenous wisdom and scientific theories. It was developed by Robert Moss, an independent scholar. In addition to being a dream teacher, he’s also a professor of history, a foreign journalist, and best-selling author of over a dozen books on the subject of dreaming.
Active Dreaming is a compilation of techniques and practices that help people improve their sleep, process dreams, and get the nourishment they need for their psyche, mind and soul from night or daydreams.
